Creating an affordable gaming setup doesn't have to break the bank. With a little bit of research and careful planning, you can build a gaming rig that can handle your favorite games without breaking the bank.
Determine your budget
The first step in building any gaming setup is to determine your budget. I would suggest a budget around $1000-$1500, which is not too much in the gaming world. With this budget you can get the best gaming experience at a low price
Choose the right processor
The processor (also known as the CPU) is the brain of your computer, so it's important to choose the right one. For gaming, you'll want a processor with a high clock speed and multiple cores. Intel and AMD are the two main brands to consider, and both offer a range of processors at different price points. The processor that I would suggest will be the Intel core i3 because of its speed and low price, you can find the Intel core i3 for about $106.
Select a good graphics card
The graphics card (also known as the GPU) is responsible for rendering the graphics in your games, making it an important component for your PC. Nvidia and AMD are the two main brands to consider, and both offer a range of graphics cards at different price points. The one that I would suggest would be an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650, which will cost you around $300. Now I know $300 is not particularly budget friendly, but the graphics card is one of the most important components of your PC and you have to make sure you have the right one.
Pick the right amount of memory
Memory (also known as RAM) to help your computer run smoothly, so it's important to have enough of it. For gaming, you'll want at least 8GB of memory, but 16GB is even better. I'll highly suggest to get the Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB. You can look throughout the internet and you still wont be able to find a better deal with the same quality.
Choose the right storage
Storage is where you'll store all your games, so you have to make sure you will have enough of it. Adding storage to a already complete PC is challenging and expensive. This is why you must be buy the right amount of storage for your PC. Ideally you'll want an SSD (solid-state drive) for faster loading times, and at least 256GB of storage.
Select the right monitor
The monitor is one of the most essential components of your gaming setup. It represents what your gaming setup looks like so you have to make sure that it has a sleek look. I suggest the LG UltraGear 27 Inch Full HD because it is a great monitor for gaming and general use. It has a fast refresh rate of 144Hz, which helps to reduce motion blur and make the overall gaming experience more smooth and more responsive.
